Shipping

Shipments are made by GLS express courier for Italy and abroad from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Delivery times are 2 working days in Italy, and 2-7 working days abroad, after 24 hours from the registration of the order. If the courier does not find anyone at the time of delivery, he will contact the customer by phone to schedule a second delivery. Shipping is free for orders over €50.

Returns

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 7 days from the date of delivery. It is necessary to communicate the eventual return THROUGH EMAIL OR WHATSAPP AT NUMBER 342 72 56 203, and send; by registered mail the product to be returned. The cost of shipping the returned product shall be borne by the customer. The product must be returned in an undamaged condition, with the original labels and with accurate packaging. Once the goods have been returned, the customer may request a refund or a voucher that can be spent in the same year as the purchase made, or a change of model or size.

Exchanges

The right to exchange is exercisable within 7 days of receipt of the goods by sending a communication to the email address: infoenkris@gmail.com or whatsapp to the number; 342 72 56 203. It will be possible to make a size and/or colour change of the same or a different article previously purchased.

Payments

Credit card payments are accepted through SETEFI secure servers for the following cards: VISA, Postepay, CartaSI, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro. It is possible to pay with SATISPAY; by COD on delivery of the purchased product; or directly with a Paypal account. The Scalapay payment method is also accepted. If you buy with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 instalments. You acknowledge that the instalments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their assignees, and that you authorise such transfer.
