On enkrisbeachwear.it, we accept the following payment methods:

Credit Card (via Paypal)

We accept the most common credit cards, including prepaid and rechargeable ones, issued exclusively within Italy. There is no additional fee for credit card payments. A Paypal account is not required to use your credit or debit card.

Paypal (Payment in 3 interest-free installments also available)

PayPal is an online payment system that requires opening an account with PayPal. By completing a purchase with this payment type, a PayPal page will appear where you can enter your PayPal account email and password or access the procedure to create a new one. After registration, payments via PayPal can be made without re-entering your data, even for subsequent purchases. With this payment method, the amount is charged directly to your PayPal account. PayPal protects the buyer's information. For each transaction with this method, a confirmation email is sent by PayPal. The order amount is charged to the PayPal account at the time the order is placed. In case of cancellation, the amount is refunded to the customer's PayPal account. Payments are accepted only from users registered on the Italian PayPal website.

Bank Transfer

A non-online payment system, with this method, a page will display the necessary information to make the payment. Since it is not an immediate payment method, the seller will wait until the payment is fully credited before beginning the shipping process.

Satispay

We accept payments via the popular Satispay platform.

Klarna

You can pay immediately, in 3 interest-free installments, or after 30 days.

Scalapay

If you buy with Scalapay, you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. Please note that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties, and their assignees, and you authorize this transfer.

Cash on Delivery (Cash upon delivery)

You can pay for your orders upon delivery with a small extra fee that will be shown in your cart at the time of order.

Shipping

Shipments are handled by GLS express courier for Italy and for international destinations from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Delivery times are 3 working days within Italy and 2-7 working days internationally, starting 24 hours after order registration.

If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier will contact the customer by phone to schedule a second delivery attempt.

Shipping is free for orders over €50.

Returns

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 7 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, please notify us BY EMAIL OR WHATSAPP AT 3427256203, and send the product back via registered mail. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The product must be returned in its original, intact condition, with original labels and carefully packaged. Once the item is received, the customer can request a refund, a purchase voucher to be used within the same year, or an exchange for a different model or size.

Exchanges

The right to exchange can be exercised within 7 days of receiving the item by sending a message to infoenkris@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 3427256203.

It is possible to exchange for a different size and/or color of the same item previously purchased or for a different item.
